A Letter to United Nations’ Human Right Organization from Falun Gong practitioners in China

To the respected International United Nations’ Human Right Organization: We strongly appeal the to the international human right organization, please save our persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in China. Teacher Li (The founder of Falun Gong) teaches us to be good and asks us to follow the principles: “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance” at all times and to always think of others before ourselves so as to reach the state of altruism. However, the inhumane Chinese president, Jiang Zemin, uses the government, police and all the various media channels to slander Falun Dafa. Anyone who firmly believes in Falun Dafa are cruelly tortured and beaten. We, the Falun Dafa practitioners, who merely want to be good people, are placed in forced labour camps such as the Masanjia forced labour camp in Shenyang City in China.

The book “Zhuan Falun” (The main text of Falun Gong) has been translated into many languages and spread to more than 50 countries worldwide. Falun Gong is respected and fond of good people from all over the world. The morality of human society is falling down, people no longer live by moral standards and the state of society is dangerous to the well being of humankind. Falun Gong has enabled people to move away from the bad habits of society and live life according to Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance. The teachings of Falun Gong have enabled people to see that life isn’t about caring only for yourself but that one has to care for his fellow people. This should be something that all beings should cherish.

However, in China, Jiang Zemin recklessly attacks and persecutes Falun Gong and Falun Gong practitioners. Since the introduction of Falun Gong in1992 a Government survey showed that approximately 70 million people were practicing Falun Dafa in just 7 years, and the number of practitioners is increasing rapidly. The spread of Falun Dafa is a new starting point for the improvement of humankind’s moral standards and the improvement of society. But in China, Falun Gong and Falun Gong practitioners are cruelly persecuted. There is no longer freedom of speech, and the freedom of belief is also deprived. If a Chinese practitioner speaks a fair sentence for Falun Dafa he/she will be arrested, sentenced to jail, sentenced to a forced labour camp, persecuted cruelly, and even tortured to death. The deceased, disabled and injured Falun Gong practitioners are unknown but the number of known deaths to date (09/02/02) is 365 but the actual number is reported to be in the 1000’s. Nobody even questions practitioners’ deaths. The Jiang Zemin regime is without any humanity and no longer has any righteous thoughts. Jiang Zemin carries the deaths of many Falun Gong practitioners and his hands are stained with Falun Dafa practitioners’ blood. In prisons, the vicious policemen implement evil orders, they beat practitioners to death and then claim that they have committed suicide. In Masanjia labor camp, the brutal policemen put female practitioners into dark rooms, immediately cover their heads with hemp bags, and they then use electric batons to beat the female practitioners privates. Some of the practitioners have been beaten so badly that they have become disabled and suffer from permanent injuries and others suffer from severe mental trauma due to the harsh brainwashing classes and vicious torture.

In order to get more votes, and keep the reputation of the so called “the best period of human rights”; Jiang’s regime use billions of peoples Yuan (Chinese currency) in order to exchange the votes. In order to cover his evil nature, Jiang Zemin disregards people’s lives, builds a large number of prisons and uses vicious policemen to arrest practitioners who clarify the truth of the persecution. Jiang Zemin’s despicable means make everyone’s hackles rise. It’s even worse in the notorious Masanjia forced labour camp in China. The practitioners are controlled all day and night and are disallowed any personal freedom. Some of us are cruelly tortured to the point of death and are forced to guarantee to stop practicing Falun Gong. We would like to ask the UN human right organization: what kind of crime do we commit in China that allows us to suffer such severe persecution? Is it a crime if we only want to be good people?

What Falun Dafa practitioners have been enduring is unbelievable to common people. Despite such severe persecution Falun Gong practitioners still insist on following the principles of “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance” and they don’t fight back when they are beaten or sworn at. They are waiting for the UN human right organization to stop the persecution of the practitioners in China and end this evil drama once and for all.

We, all of the Chinese Falun Gong practitioners in China, believe that the UN human rights organization will send representatives to China in order to solve the persecution of Falun Gong in China. We hope all good people come to understand Falun Gong, support Falun Gong and return the righteousness of justice.
