On September 16th, San Diego Falun Gong practitioners participated in the 40th annual Poway Days Heritage Parade. This is the fifth consecutive year that practitioners have participated in this event.

| Practitioners’ performance was well-received by local residents |
Mid-September is warm and sunny in San Diego. Spectators packed both sides of the parade route to watch this annual show. As the only Chinese group, the Falun Gong procession was once again an eye-catching part of the parade. The dynamic waist drum troupe, beautiful float, peaceful exercise demonstration and elegant dances won warm applause from the spectators. Many people exclaimed: "Peaceful", "beautiful", "fantastic"!

When practitioners passed the main stage, the host announced warmly: "This is the Falun Dafa group, also known as Falun Gong. The practice teaches ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance’. Welcome to Poway.
The organiser later said: "We are so glad to have you. Your performance was great! We hope you will come back next year!"
Several thousand Poway residents once again experienced the beauty of Falun Dafa.
