Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Tao, 53 years old, used to be an employee of Shuangcheng City's Cement Factory. Since October 2001 when he went to Harbin City, there has been no information about him. Later it was found that policemen from Harbin City's Station arrested him. After Mr. Zhang Tao was illegally arrested, no one informed his family, and nobody knows his whereabouts or whether or not he is alive.
