One Police Station Director Who Understood The Truth
Shortly after July 20th, 1999, one police station director at Beihai City who understood the truth about the barbaric persecution going on against Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party was asked by his superior to organise some incriminating materials about a particular Falun Gong practitioner in his district in preparation for dismissing her from her job.
After the director looked into the Falun Gong practitioner's situation, he found that the practitioner worked in a credit union, and she worked hard and efficiently. She was never late to work nor left early, and she did a good job. She had good relationships with her colleagues, and he heard nothing but praises. The director then considered that if she was dismissed from her job because she practised Falun Gong, wouldn't her livelihood be taken away from her? In addition, she was unmarried; how would she cope in the future? Out of this one kind thought, the director put the matter on the back burner. When a trace was put on it from his superiors, he stalled it for a while and it was forgotten, thereby saving the practitioner.
After the director retired from the police station, he went into business with a partner who was a Falun Gong practitioner. His business partner clarified the truth to him, so he told his partner this incident. He said he had long realised that it was unpopular for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to persecute Falun Gong and that one day practitioners would be exonerated. He also knew that the CCP would be brought to justice for the unforgivable sins it has committed. At the urging of the practitioner, the director withdrew from the CCP-related organisations, and he also expressed a wish to learn and practise Falun Gong.
Picking up Flyers About Falun Dafa
One day in a hotel in Tangshan City, two men in their 60's chatted on the sofa. One of them said, "In the past when we picked up a flyer containing information about how the Party is deceiving the public about Falun Gong, we immediately handed in to the authorities. Now when we pick up a flyer, we quickly put in our pocket and take it home quietly to read." The other man said, "This is the general trend!"
