The following statement of support was read on February 3rd at a press conference outside the Chinese Embassy in London. The statement was by a spokesperson from the Australia Branch of the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong. The press conference was held to announce the establishment of the European branch of the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG-Europe). Dear CIPFG Europe,

On behalf of CIPFG Australia, I sincerely congratulate and strongly support the establishment of CIPFG Europe. With the formation of the Australian and Asian Teams, the European Team will certainly add a lot of strength and momentum in this important mission together.

I salute to the current members and leaders of CIPFG Europe. Undoubtedly, you are the real history makers. History will forever remember everything you do in the fight to end the persecution of Falun Gong and uncover the truth of organ harvesting – this new form of evil on this planet committed by the Chinese Communist regime.

When 100 million innocent Falun Gong practitioners in China have been under severe persecution and torture for more than seven years, and what is worse, while their vital organs have been the subjects of commodity, as fellow human beings of this global village, we cannot turn a blind eye and do nothing about it. Silence is the same as allowing the murderer to continue killing the innocents.

So far, CIPFG Australia has already sent letters to the Chinese Embassy, its Consulates in Sydney and Melbourne requesting entry to China to conduct unfettered investigations.

Australia CIPFG has currently over 80 members consisting of senators and members of federal parliament; state level politicians, legal, medical professionals, leaders of religious denominations, as well as NGO organizations.

While waiting for the grant of visas to enter China, CIPFG has already been conducting investigations outside China by collecting information, compiling various leads, analysing evidence and interviewing victims of the persecution to further support the conclusions of the investigative report by David Kilgour and David Matas.

Currently, three major Australian transplants hospitals have already banned training Chinese doctors in this area and refuse to participate in any academic research in this field.

CIPFG Australia endeavours to make sure that all the recommendations in the investigative report by David Kilgour and David Matas be implemented in China.

Once again, I congratulate the formation of CIPFG Europe. Joining CIPFG will help save lives.

Thank you
John Xiao, Spokesperson of CIPFG Australia Branch
