Falun Dafa practitioners Qu Shuqiong, Qu Shuxian and Sun Lanxian are being detained in the Dabanqiao Women's Labour Camp.
On November 16th, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Liu Shuhua, Gui Qionghua, Sun Lanxian, Qu Shuxian, Qu Shuqiong, Deng Zhixu and Liu Huilan from Group 9, Heicun Village, Chunhe Town, Hongta District, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province went to a mountain area to distribute leaflets exposing the persecution. They were reported and subsequently arrested by the police.
On the morning of November 17th, the police went to search Liu Shuhua's home and took away an audio recorder, computer, printer, leaflets exposing the persecution, Dafa books, MP3 player and other resources. At the same time, the police tapped the phone and traced a phone call from one of Liu Shuhua's son's classmates. Then they rushed over to that student's home right away and threatened him.
On the afternoon of November 17th, the police went to Liu Shuhua's work place and handcuffed Liu Shuhua's colleagues and threatened them. When those who were handcuffed asked for the reason, none of the policemen could come up with a justification.
The head of the Ninth Group in Heicun Village actively participated in the persecution. He went to several families, asked for the addresses and phone numbers of their family members that were not at home, and monitored their coming and going.
It was reported that Dafa practitioners Qu Shuqiong, Qu Shuxian and Sun Lanxian were sentenced to two years of forced labour.
