On September 8th and 9th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners in Oregon were again invited to participate in Eugene's annual celebration. In the parade and at their booth, practitioners introduced the grace of Dafa and exposed the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s brutal persecution.

Of the various entries, Falun Gong practitioners' performances were especially welcomed. Fairy ladies in traditional Chinese costumes held lotuses in their hands and danced gracefully. Practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises. Spectators were impressed with the group of kind practitioners, who have not become depressed or chosen to hate even though the practice has been persecuted by the CCP for eight years in China. They exemplified compassion and kindness. Wherever they went, spectators welcomed them with warm applause. Some held their thumbs up to praise the practitioners. Others shouted, "Wonderful!"
After the parade, some people said to the practitioners distributing flyers, "Your performance was wonderful. Thank you." Others requested to have a group photo with the practitioners. Still others went to the practitioners' booth, expressed their appreciation, and asked for more truth-clarification literature. Many already knew about the brutal persecution in China. A lady said emotionally, "Several years have passed. I see you are continuing to clarify the truth as usual and are steadfast. I know you are a righteous group. I admire you!"
In discussion with practitioners, more people realised it is an issue that concerns the whole world. They said they would do something to stop the persecution. Many people left contact information and wished to learn Falun Gong. A gentleman said that he had wanted to learn for some time but did not know where to learn. After learning that he could download the Dafa books free online, he said again and again, "Wonderful. I finally found it."
