Members of a Democratic Movement Shout "Falun Dafa Is Good!" Early One Morning in Berlin Streets

Early in the morning of April 9, several passers-by on a street in downtown Berlin were surprised to discover about one hundred Falun Gong practitioners holding a 24-hour candlelight vigil in the gloomy cold night to protest the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by Jiang Zemin. They sat on chairs along the street and curiously watched and discussed what they saw.

A practitioner went over and introduced them to Falun Gong. The practitioner got to know them and discovered that they were members of a democratic movement. They were preparing to hold a protest parade for "June 4 [Chinese student democracy movement]" on April 9.

They said, "You practitioners are really great. In this cold weather, you just sit on the ground quietly. Don't you hate Jiang Zemin? He treats the practitioners so badly." The practitioner said, "We cultivate 'Zhen-Shan-Ren' (Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance) and thus our action is peaceful. All we want to do is ask the Chinese government and Jiang Zemin to stop persecuting Falun Gong."

After half an hour, these people began to get up to go. One of them shouted loudly, "Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is good!" when he walked away. This shout echoed around the street and made Jiang Zemin tremble with fear.
