On the Sunday, the weather was warm and sunny so there were many tourists. When it came to the afternoon and the formal celebration activities began, the first to perform were the waist-drummers. Splendid programmes followed one after the other, solo dance, group dance, lotus dance and the fan dance, graceful and moving, as if in paradise.
The demonstration of the five Falun Gong exercises drew the attention of a large group of tourists, and the information boards drew group after group of passersby, who came to understand the truth. They expressed amazement and were indignant towards the evil CCP’s brutal persecution of Falun Gong. One after another they asked to sign the petition book, to sign their names in support of Falun Gong against the persecution; there were piles of lotus flowers in front of the table, and there were crowds of people around the table, not only did they get these lovely lotus flowers, but also received Dafa disciples careful instruction on the skill of folding the lotus flowers, the small lotus flowers passed on Dafa’s message. In four hours of a Fa spreading activity, practitioners handed out over 2000 leaflets.
