Epoch Times: Flushing Incident Mobster Pleads Guilty

FLUSHING, New York City - Queens Criminal Court indicted mobster Ngan T. Yung with criminal mischief on July 28th. Yung pleaded guilty and was fined to compensate property damage to the victim, vice editor-in-chief of The Epoch Times, also a Falun Gong practitioner, Mr. Pan Hongyi.

On June 16th, Ngan Yung, owner of a Chinese herbal supplement store in Flushing publicly and verbally abused an elderly Falun Gong practitioner who was delivering Epoch Times newspapers. He snatched the newspapers from the elderly man. When Pan Hongyi arrived to report the incident, Yung attacked Pan and destroyed his camera by violently stomping on it. Later, Yung attempted to refuse police arrest.

Queens Criminal Court

Queens Criminal Court convened the morning of July 28th to hear Yung's criminal case. In the courtroom, accompanied by his lawyer, Yung voluntarily pleaded guilty. He was fined to compensate the victim's financial loss.

In an interview regarding the result of the trial, Pan said, "The United States is a country of freedom and justice. The punishment of the attacker is such a contrast to China where the CCP encourages and promotes those who persecute Falun Gong practitioners, and even conducts live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners."

However, he also mentioned that treating this case as an ordinary crime is not enough. He said, "The Flushing incident has been a premeditated, orchestrated and controlled event plotted solely by the CCP and its network of spies and terrorists fostered for years by the CCP."

Pan explains, "All of the attacks against Falun Gong practitioners in Flushing in the past two months share the same nature. That is, a hatred and terrorist attack against Falun Gong practitioners directed by the CCP accomplices."

Red Terror Network Infiltration

"The red terrorists' attacks in Flushing do not victimise the Falun Gong only. In fact, all Flushing residents live under the fear of the red terror network. Moreover, this red terror network has infiltrated the US government at all levels. The two New York officials' encouraging thugs' attacks are proof of US officials being influenced by the CCP and the infiltration of the CCP into the U.S. government," Pan said.

Pan calls on the US government to investigate all institutions including the court, the justice department, the police department, and so forth to expose and eradicate the CCP terrorist network hidden in the government.

As for the trial result, Pan indicates that he will consult his attorney for further strategy and legal action. He says, "We will pursue this situation to the higher judiciary and make them aware, so they understand the background of this whole incident, and can take further action."
