On Sunday, September 14th, the Seventh America-China-Korea Culture Day was jointly hosted by Parks & Recreation in Upper Gwynedd Township and the 21st Century America-China-Korea Exchange Association in Parkside Place, West Point, Pennsylvania. The dancing team of the Greater Philadelphia Minghui School was invited to participate in the cultural day for the second time.
Young dancers from the Minghui School performed a lotus flower dance, a ribbon dance, and a waist drum routine, playing "Falun Dafa is good." The teacher from the Minghui School also announced that the students were from greater Philadelphia and that many of them were Falun Gong practitioners. They follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance in their daily lives.
The teachers and students also brought with them information about the Chinese New Year Spectacular by Divine Performing Arts. The Korean host let the teachers hang the poster mid-stage. He said people could easily see it in that location.
After the event, the Korean host expressed appreciation for the Minghui School teachers and students, and their graceful performances.
He learned about Falun Gong and the persecution in China from the Minghui School teachers, who left a brochure about Falun Gong in Korean with him before leaving. The next day, he called the Minghui School teachers and asked for the book Zhuan Falun. The teachers also introduced a Korean Falun Gong practitioner to him.
