Canada: Divine Land Marching Band Moves Parade Audience in Brampton, Ontario

On June 20th, the annual Flower City Parade was held on Main St. in Brampton, Ontario. While it was raining quite hard before the parade started, it did not stop presenting groups and spectators from their preparations. When the parade started at 2 p.m., the rain became lighter and soon stopped.

Since its establishment, Toronto Falun Dafa practitioners' Divine Land Marching Band has been invited to the parade every year for three years in a row. The band was once again met with warm applause.

One Brampton resident said that he was deeply touched by this spectacular band: "For the past several years, I've been so happy to see this great band. Their performance made me feel good and touched my heart. So every year when I come to the parade, I want to see them."

Linda and Alex from Scotland applauded continuously as the band marched by. Linda said to the reporter with excitement: "We have never seen such a giant Chinese marching band and feel so fortunate to see them. It is really a surprise and they are terrific."

Sue Lee, a Korean immigrant, said: "I am so excited to see such a great Chinese marching band. I hope they will come every year."
