Dentist Ms. Wang Xiaoming Arrested for a Third Time

Eyewitnesses saw Dr. Wang Xiaoming being arrested outside of her dental clinic at around 10 a.m. on July 6th, 2010, by Chen Dong, an agent from Wuhan City 610 Office (an organisation of special agents just for persecuting Falun Gong), and five plainclothes agents from Wuchang District 610 Office. Chen tried to ransack the clinic, but refused to show his ID and was not wearing a police uniform. Dr. Wang's associate in the clinic quickly stopped the ransacking. Dr. Wang is now detained in Hubei Province Legal Education School (a brainwashing centre).

Dr. Wang graduated from Hubei Province Medical College in the 80's. She began cultivating Falun Gong in 1992, was very healthy, lived a happy family life, and was also very successful in her career. She was a volunteer co-ordinator for local Falun Gong activities.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regime began persecuting Falun Gong in July 1999, and forced Chinese people to declare that they will not practise Falun Gong, otherwise they would lose their jobs, be forced to go through brainwashing, or sent to forced labour camps, prisons, or worse. Whoever continued practising Falun Gong would be treated as a second class citizen, and targeted for attack. She was persecuted because she firmly held her faith, and had acted as a co-ordinator for Falun Gong activities.

How was Dr. Wang targeted over the past 11 years? Some of her friends recalled the following:

Police openly followed her and closely monitored her everywhere after the April 25th peaceful appeal in 1999.

On July 20th, 1999, police arrested her for the first time, and took her to be brainwashed for nearly 6 months in Wuhan City Police Sanitarium. She was forced say something on TV against her conscience, almost causing her a mental collapse.

On January 1st, 2001, Dr. Wang declared on the Minghui website [Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net] her intention to retract all of the words and actions she had been coerced to say or do against Falun Gong. She was soon arrested by 610 Office agents.

On July 6th, 2010, Dr. Wang was arrested for the third time.

Dr. Wang's husband was employed at the Wuhan City TV Station but could not be promoted because his wife practised Falun Gong. He was later demoted to another job. Their marriage ended because of the huge pressure levied against it under the persecution.

Dr. Wang's friends are waiting for her to return. They miss the warm and sincere Dr. Wang in the sunny clinic.
