Seven police officers including Liu Haizhi and Bi Jianguo from the Yi County Domestic Security Division in Jinzhou City and Guo Nan from the Yi County Police Department's Patrol and Special Police Division, broke into Ms. Liu Huili's home in Dongguan Village, Chengguan Township on July 13th, 2010. They lied, saying they needed to discuss something with her, and ordered Ms. Liu to accompany them. Ms. Liu refused to comply.
The police searched her home and seized her tape recorder, mobile phone, Falun Gong books, and other personal property. They took Ms. Liu to the county domestic security division.
Officers Zhou Hualai and Ma Jian from the Domestic Security Division and Guo Nan from the Special Police Division took Ms. Liu to the Jinzhou Detention Centre around 10:00 a.m. that same day.
In addition, Ms. Jiang Yanling, who was arrested on December 22nd, 2009, is now held in Jinzhou City Detention Centre. She is from Chengguan Township, Yi County, and has been detained there for nearly eight months.
