Mr. Jiang Hua, about 40 years old, is a practitioner in Muzi Town of Anlu City, Hubei Province. 610 Office (an organisation of special agents just for persecuting Falun Gong) officials ordered Muzi Town police agents to arrest Mr. Jiang and sent him to a brainwashing centre.
Muzi Town Armed Force Department head Liu Zhangcheng and police station agents contacted Mr. Jiang on July 15th, 2010 through his boss, Li Fan. They were attempting to send him to a brainwashing centre. Mr. Jiang escaped after hearing about this. He returned to his workplace the morning of July 17th to avoid missing a day of work. His boss, Li Fan, reported this to police officer Peng Junhua, and police agents arrested him at his residence.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has persecuted Mr. Jiang many times for practising Falun Gong. He went to Beijing to appeal in January 2000. After his return, several police officers arrested him, including Zhou (Muzi Town Police Station head), Xiong Baoshan (deputy head), and Liu Fei (police officer). They detained him for 15 days.
Mr. Jiang went job-hunting in Foshan City in Guangdong Province in May 2002. Police station deputy head Xiong Baoshan and an officer from the town government forcibly took him back to Anlu City. They kept him at the Sili Detention Centre in Anlu City and mistreated him for three months.
Mr. Jiang again went job-hunting, this time in Nanhai City, Guangdong Province in 2004. He was arrested and kept at the Sanshui Labour Camp for two years. Several police agents from the Nanhai City Police Department were involved in the persecution.
CCP officials arrested many practitioners in August 2008 before the Olympic Games. Police officers Peng Junhua and Liu Zhangcheng arrested Mr. Jiang and detained him at the township government office for more than 20 days. Many government officials were involved in the persecution, including Party secretary and township head Qui Hingping, Feng Jinhan, township deputy head, and Huang Aimin, Yang Chuncai and Wu Yali.
Anlu City 610 Office officials ordered township police station officer Peng Junhua to arrest Mr. Jiang in July 2010. The police kept him at the Chuyue Community Brainwashing Centre and confiscated personal belongings from his residence, including Falun Gong books, an MP4 player, and DVDs exposing the persecution of Falun Gong.
Regime officials tortured Mr. Jiang time after each arrest, attempting to force him to give up his practice. The torture methods included: beating, verbal abuse, standing for a long time, and sleep deprivation.
