At noon on December 3rd, 2010, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Guan Qingyao arrived home. Suddenly, Sun Xiaobin, chief of the Fengcheng Politics and Law Committee 610 Office (an organisation of special agents just for persecuting Falun Gong), led five to six police officers and broke into his house. They did not give a reason, show any ID or follow legal procedures. Guan Qingyao was pushed to the ground, and then dragged out of his house.

Sun Xiaobin called Mrs. Guan at around 5:00 p.m.: “Your husband is at Fushun Legal School, we want him to 'study' for a period there.” Mrs. Guan has been to the Politics and Law Committee Office every day, requesting the release of her husband, but they have avoided her. Mr. Guan has not returned home.

Fushun Brainwashing Centre has a sign out front reading “Fushun City Legal School”, but it is actually a private jail that detains Falun Gong practitioners and forces practitioners to give up their belief with pressure and deception. Su Jing, the former head of the Masanjia Forced Labour Camp of Liaoning Province, is now working at Fushun Brainwashing Centre.

Sun Xiaobin, chief of the Fengcheng Politics and Law Committee, has worked for the 610 Office since July 20th, 1999, and has participated in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners many times. His mobile phone is 15041504827.
