Horrifying Order to Shoot: Gun-Toting Police on Patrol Are Permitted to Shoot Falun Gong Practitioners Distributing Truth-Clarifying Flyers

According to reliable sources, authorities in Anshan City, Liaoning Province conspired to illegally sentence at least thirty Dafa practitioners before July 20th. As soon as the detained Dafa practitioners were released they were put under surveillance and at the same time sent to a brainwashing class. If they didn't give in after two sessions in the brainwashing class, they were sent to a forced labour camp. An internal police department documents stated that the patrolling policemen equipped with guns are permitted to shoot practitioners distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying flyers. Those who are found having truth-clarifying flyers are immediately sentenced to two and half years of forced labour; those who have truth-clarifying discs are sentenced to imprisonment. They emphasized that Dafa practitioners who have access to the Internet must be searched. When arrested, these Dafa practitioners are heavily sentenced.

A system has been set up in Anshan City to monitor cell phones, general private and business phones and IC card phones. This system automatically sounds an alarm when certain sensitive words are spoken. For example, if the word "Fa" comes up three times during a conversation, the conversation is automatically recorded. This system is already up and running.
