Poland: Raising Awareness about Falun Gong During the European Football Championship

The European Football Championship is being held in Warsaw, Poland. The local Falun Gong practitioners are taking this chance to raise awareness about Falun Gong to tourists from all over the world.

Since the tourists have come from all over, practitioners have prepared all kinds of materials in different languages, including Chinese, English, German, French, Russian, Polish and Italian. Their 20-metre banner attracted the attention of the public and the media. Many people signed the petition, condemning the persecution of Falun Gong in China. Many tourists, including those from China, also took pictures and videos of the practitioners' display.

Practitioners gave the Chinese tourists copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and told them about the trend of quitting the Communist Party. One Chinese gentleman said to practitioners: “I learned the truth about Falun Gong in Hong Kong.” With practitioners' help, this Chinese gentleman quit the Young Pioneers of the Communist Party. He also promised practitioners that he would pass on the information that he learned to his friends and family in China.
