Elderly Falun Dafa Practitioners Are Tortured in the Etouwan Brainwashing Centre

Since June 10 of this year, the Etouwan Brainwashing Center in Hankou Area of Wuhan City has employed even more vicious means in its attempt to brainwash Falun Dafa practitioners. They deprive practitioners of sleep for 24 hours, make them stand for long periods of time, give them insufficient meals or no meals at all, monitor them even during meals or in the washroom, and prohibit them from talking to other practitioners. They have the collabourators like Liu Cuizhen and others [collabourators are those who once practiced but were forced to give up Falun Gong and even help in the persecution of steadfast practitioners] attempt to forcibly brainwash practitioners. Those who were arrested and sent to the brainwashing center were mainly elderly practitioners over 50 or 60 years old. Four of them were forced to stand for four days and nights. Their legs became swollen, yet they were not allowed to sit unless they agreed to write the so-called "three statements" (guarantees not to practice Falun Dafa any more).

Zhu Jin, the president of the Law Court in Hankou Area, is in charge of the brainwashing center. In order to force Falun Dafa practitioners to give up their belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance, he brutally persecutes practitioners regardless of the law or any sense of morality.
