The ninth-unit of the Wujiabao Labour Camp, Fushun City contains a lot of practitioners. Many develop scabies; however they go untreated. The guards do not let them go outdoors for sunlight or fresh air. Some of the practitioners are locked in small cells and have scabies spreading all over their bodies. The guards ordered the criminals in the camp to beat practitioners. Among the guards, Jiang Yongfeng is the most vicious.

After Jiang Yongfeng became the head of the male unit, he redoubled his efforts to use brutal means to torture practitioners physically and mentally.

1. When Li Hengliang, Yan Jun, and other practitioners were not eating or using the restroom, Jiang Yongfeng would force them to squat. The practitioners would go to sleep after midnight, but Jiang would make them squat again when they woke up at 4:30 a.m.

2. Li Hengliang steadfastly practices Falun Dafa. Jiang used a walking stick and brutally beat Li until he collapsed. Then Jiang kicked Li with his heavy leather boots. He even electrically shocked Li with a baton for over 5 minutes in front of 50 other people.

3. Meng Qingchang of Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, was locked up in the Wujiabao Labor Camp, Fushun City. Jiang forced Meng to squat in his office. Meng said that he didn't do anything against the rules of the camp, so they shouldn't punish him. Jiang immediately raised his chair and started beating Meng until Meng fell to the floor. Even after this, Jiang continued to beat him with the chair.

4. Jiang Yongfeng of the 2nd unit told the criminal inmates to seal all the windows and doors with newspaper. During the night Jiang told about 20 criminals to start brutally torturing the practitioners. First he told them to put the television set in the hallway and set its volume to its highest (so that others couldn't hear the torturing). They forbid anyone else from leaving their cell, while 6 of them tortured one practitioner. They used methods like Riding an Airplane [In this torture, the head is bent down until it cannot go down any further, while the hands are pulled up and held up to the highest point. The hips have to point up. One is forced to keep this position unchanged for a long time. The body in this position looks like the shape of an airplane, which is what this torture is named after] and bending the legs. After more than 6 hours, these practitioners began to weaken. But the practitioners did not give in. Jiang continuously ordered the scoundrels to increase the torture. Yuan Peng had a hard time catching his breath during the torturing. Yao Songdong, a master's student from the Petroleum Chemicals Institute, became mentally unstable from the torture.

5. Zhao Liankai, an ex-Qingyuan County Chinese Medicinal Hospital doctor, was very steadfast in Dafa. Jiang ordered a group of 8 scoundrels such as Jin Zhenfei and Zheng Lianhe to tie Zhao Liankai to a bed. Several of them then tortured him by pressing on one of his legs.

In addition to this, Jiang extorted money from the practitioners.

They excessively tortured Xinbin practitioner Meng Qingchun, and he became very weak. Dong Haikuan and other practitioners put together 300 Yuan (500 Yuan is the average monthly salary for an urban Chinese worker), but Jiang pocketed this money himself. The families of the practitioners knew that the practitioners would be tortured in the camp, so they saved money for their family members that were still in the camp. However, Jiang kept all this money for himself.

Jiang robbed the following practitioners: Zhou Yuren (Qingyuan County), Ge Xin and Zhan Dajun (Wanghua District), Dong Haikuan (Shuncheng District), Feng Jian (Xinfu District), and Zhao Yunshan, who was already extremely poor. Jiang even took the last 200 Yuan that was in a bank account of Zhao's family member. Even the police from the labor camp said that Jiang should be rich by now.
