Eight Chinese teenagers have surrendered to the police in Paris after claiming they had escaped from people-smugglers. The five girls and three boys said their parents were jailed [practitioners of] Falun Gong. They claimed they had been smuggled out of China by a [practitioner]. According to the youngsters, a smuggler met them in Yugoslavia and put them on a truck to France. But after three days without food, they escaped and sought help.
