Go to "Google" or other search engines and search the keywords "online nslookup." You will find many pages. Some of the result pages provide NSLOOKUP service. You can type into the website you want to browse, and the page will return you the actual IP address. With this IP address, you can try https://IP to open the website. This method can be used with Dynaweb and many other overseas Chinese sites.
If the web page has many input boxes, usually you can use the default value or leave them blank. If some users don't know English, just look for these words on the page: "domain, host name." Type the website name into these spaces to search.
