Some Thoughts After Studying Teacher Li’s new Article

Today after reading Teacher Li’s new article: Teaching the Fa at the 2002 Experience Sharing Conference in Philadelphia, U.S.A., I feel that our Teacher revealed many great matters and indicated the arrival of a new period within the Fa-rectification. The connotations of our Teacher’s new article are very rich and profound. I could not understand all of them clearly for a while. Below are some points of my own understanding. Please do not hesitate to point out any mistakes.

Previously I did not clearly realise the essence of the real interference. I was thinking, along with our sending forth righteous thoughts, the evil will become fewer and fewer and will be restrained more and more. The situation of Mainland China could obviously turn to be better. After I studied Teacher Li’s new article today, I realised that those notions are not correct. I realised that Fa-rectification must be carried out in order to achieve this.

I went abroad after I obtained the Fa [Law and principles of Falun Gong] in Mainland China. Some time ago I was thinking of returning to my homeland so that I could directly participate in the Fa-rectification work, especially considering the fact that Jiang's regime had blockaded information from overseas. Through recently Fa-studying, especially when I read Zhuan Falun [The main text of Falun Gong], I suddenly realised that I shouldn't return to China and that we should make full use of our existing cultivation environment to fulfil the mission of our overseas Dafa disciples during the Fa-rectification period. Today when I read the first sentence in Teacher Li’s new article: “On either shore the gibbons' chatter sounds without pause, while my light boat skims past thousands of crags”, I could feel a brightness in my heart. I realised on a deeper level that a new period of the Fa-rectification has arrived. We should promote the Fa in a more merciful and more wise way. Looking into the future, it is bright for sure. Our Teacher has indicated the direction, what is left depends on our own cultivation and practise.
