Never Give in

There is a male prison guard in one of the detention centres in Northeast China who sympathises with Falun Dafa practitioners. One day in September 1999, the authorities held a meeting to sentence Falun Dafa practitioners to forced labour camp. Falun Dafa practitioners clapped loudly when the names of those who were sentenced to forced labour were announced. They were using the clapping to encourage fellow practitioners to be steadfast. The sentencing meeting became a meeting to encourage and support Falun Dafa practitioners. The prison guard was deeply moved by what he saw. He went to Sun, one of the practitioners who was being sentenced to forced labour, shook his hand, and urged him never to give in.

The Future of This Police Chief Must Be Bright

The wife and daughter of a police chief in a city in Shandong Province are Falun Dafa practitioners. After they started to practise Falun Dafa, the chronic diseases that his wife and daughter suffered for a number of years were gone. That made the police chief realise that Falun Dafa is good. After July 20, 1999, the mother and daughter went to Beijing to tell the world that Falun Dafa is good. They were intercepted and sent back. The authorities pressured the police chief to get his wife and daughter to give up. But no matter what they said, the police chief wholeheartedly supported his wife and daughter in practising Falun Dafa. The future of those who support Falun Dafa is bright, and this police chief is no exception.
