Germany: The First Celebration of Falun Dafa Day in a Small Town

Falun Gong practitioners celebrated the 5th World Falun Dafa Day on May the 13th this year. In Chamer, a small town in Germany, however, it was the first celebration of World Falun Dafa Day because our Dafa practice site has only been in this city for one year. We held a series of activities, including a Falun Dafa information evening and some photo exhibitions. Due to reports by local newspapers and radio stations, more and more people in Chamer learned about Falun Gong. -
Ireland: Practitioners Celebrate World Falun Dafa Day in Dublin

On May the 16th, Irish Falun Gong practitioners joyfully performed in Dublin city centre to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. Practitioners gave various performances, including traditional waist drumming, fan dancing, paasol dancing, songs on the Chinese flute, a demonstration of Falun Gong exercises, choral singing, etc. In the meantime, several thousand flyers were distributed. -

Dressed in yellow clothing and with display boards and balloons, Dafa practitioners drew the attention of the citizens of Pjatigorsk City and many residents received materials about Falun Dafa. -
Singapore: Practitioners Celebrate World Falun Dafa Day

On the evening of May 13, 2004, Singapore Falun Gong practitioners held a party along with their friends and relatives to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day and to wish Master a happy 53rd birthday. Nearly 400 people attended the celebration, which lasted for one and a half hours. -
Switzerland: Dafa Practitioners Celebrate the 12th Anniversary of Dafa's Introduction and Wish Master Li a Happy Birthday

To mark the 12th anniversary of Falun Dafa's introduction to the public, as well as Master’s birthday, Swiss Dafa disciples gathered in Luzern. A parade of Dafa disciples took place in the morning. The peaceful parade and the graceful music of Pu Du and Ji Shi drew a lot of attention from passersby, many of whom stopped to watch. -

On May 15th 2004, Dafa practitioners from the Ukraine celebrated World Falun Dafa Day at the People’s Friendship Plaza. They demonstrated the exercises and performed Chinese traditional dances. People are awakening more and more to the truth of Falun Dafa, which is gaining in popularity in the Ukraine. -

Belgian Dafa disciples came to Antwerp to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. When we began to practice the exercises, many people came right away, attracted by the graceful movements. A man who came over to take pictures said to a practitioner, “Not only the scene of practicing exercises is beautiful, but the message to the public is wonderful." -
Latvia: Dafa Practitioners in Riga Celebrate World Falun Dafa Day

May 13th is a beautiful and special day. Falun Dafa has been spread to over sixty countries worldwide. With the support of Riga City Duma (Council), Dafa practitioners in Latvia conducted activities to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day in a local park. Lots of children who came to play in the park gladly learned to practise the exercises. -

On Sunday 16th May 2004 Dafa practitioners held an afternoon of activities to celebrate the Fifth World Falun Day. The day was full of golden sunshine, which meant that Dublin city centre was crowded with people. Practitioners distributed flyers and talked with people about the benefits of practising Falun Dafa, and the brutal persecution that is happening in China. -

Celebrating Falun Dafa Day in Slovakia and the Czech Republic

Practitioners of Falun Gong from Slovakia and the Czech Republic celebrated May 13th, the Fifth World Falun Dafa Day and the 12th anniversary of Falun Gong's introduction to the public, by holding peaceful activities in Bratislava and Brno. This was followed by another activity in the Czech Republic's capital city, Prague. -
