Bo Xilai, China's Minister of Commerce, entered Korea via Kimhae on November 15th to attend the forum. Falun Gong practitioners in Korea filed a lawsuit against him with the local prosecutor's office in Seoul, charging him with genocide, engaging in illegal arrests, unjustifiable imprisonment, torture and other charges.
