Falun Dafa Practitioner Zhou Chuanzhong and Family, and Other Practitioners Arrested by Police

Falun Dafa practitioner Zhou Chuanzhong and his family were forced to live away from their home as a result of the persecution. On the morning of February 25th, 2006, about a dozen vehicles from the Yanjiao Police Department and the 610 Office suddenly surrounded the temporary home of Mr. Zhou. The police arrested Zhou Chuanzhong, Wang Shuhua, and their son. Without presenting any documents, they ransacked the house and confiscated a computer, a copy machine, Falun Dafa books, and other things. It was said that the police officers drove away with several cars full of property. -
Rescue Falun Gong Practitioner Song Zhezi, Who Suffers Persecution in Changsha Women's Prison
2006-04-18Ms. Song Zhezi is 57-years-old. Because she persists in practising "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance," she was secretly sentenced to four years imprisonment by the Wuling District Court in August 2004, and detained at Changsha Women's Prison in Hunan Province. The long-term persecution caused a mental collapse and seriously compromised her health. Her family went to visit her in February 2006, but was refused by the prison, which claimed that she did not obey the prison rules, so they cancelled her rights to be visited by family members. -
Shanghai Practitioner Pan Jijun Sentenced to Seven Years
2006-04-18After failing to convict practitioner Pan Jijun during his public trial in Court Room 2 of the Pudong District Court in Shanghai on March 3nd, the court secretly sentenced Pan Jijun to a seven-year term of imprisonment on March 10th, 2006. In his defence Pan Jijun recommended that the judges go find copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party to read, so they could learn how the Chinese people have been cheated and persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Hearing this, the judges became so alarmed that they tried to stop Pan Jijun from continuing. -
Zhu Junxiu from Chengdu City Sentenced to Eight Years of Imprisonment
2006-04-17Zhu Junxiu, former auditor of the National Tax Bureau of Qingyang District, Chengdu City, was arrested by police under false charges in October 2005. Since then, she has been imprisoned in the Detention Centre of the Chengdu City Public Security Department. Recently, Zhu Junxiu was unjustly sentenced to eight years of imprisonment by the Jinniu District Court. When the verdict was announced, Zhu Jiuxiu was already unable to walk normally and had to be carried into the courtroom. -
Dafa Practitioner Yin Wenjun and Her Non-Practitioner Husband Brutally Tortured by Police in Liaoning Province
2006-04-16On the evening of October 26th, 2005, Dafa practitioner Yin Wenjuan was arrested by officers from the Hongqi Police Station. Her non-practitioner husband Li Yuanjun was also taken away together with her. After a period of detention, Yin Wenjuan was released and she is currently remaining homeless to avoid further persecution. Her husband was tortured to the point where he cannot take care of himself. The Hongqi Police Station police still refuses to return the couple's personal belongings, IDs and confiscated money. -
Three of Elderly Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Hao Fukui's Family Members Illegally Arrested and Sent to the Masanjia Forced Labour Camp
2006-04-1670-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Hao Fukui was detained at the Dalian City Development District Detention Centre. He was grossly abused under the persecution for nine months and was on the brink of death. On February 27th, 2006 Mr. Hao was taken to the No. 3 Dalian City Development District Hospital. His family members Hao Yuefeng, Liu Mingwei and Mu Chunmei went to the hospital to visit him on March 1st. They had an argument with the police about Mr. Hao's treatment. Following that, Hao Fukui was returned to the detention centre. The three family members were also detained at the district detention centre. -
Exposing the Criminal Conduct of Nanjing Police Station Officials in Jilin City
2006-04-15After Nanjing Police Station agents arrested Jianguo Wang, they extorted a confession under torture, seriously injuring his face and arm. It is suspected that they broke his arm, or some other bone, otherwise they would not have gone to the hospital to obtain a fake certificate. In order to avoid responsibility for their criminal acts, an agent from the Nanjing Police Station went to the city's central hospital to obtain a false medical record for Jianguo Wang. The false medical record states: "Jianguo Wang damaged his face and arm when he jumped from a second floor window." -
Missing Practitioners from Shanghai, Jilin and Heilongjiang
2006-04-11When Wang Zilin disappeared, he was 39 years old and lived in Jilin Province. Before he started to practise Falun Gong he had multiple diseases, but he became very healthy through the practice. On November 19th, 2000, Wang Zilin travelled to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was arrested by the police and sent to the Xuanwu District Detention Centre of Beijing. He was interrogated in the evening and never came back. Nothing has been heard of him since. When his family asked for him in the detention centre the authorities only answered with one sentence: "We don't have this person." -
The Persecution of Dafa Practitioners in Chengdu City
2006-04-10When practitioner Ms. Huang Xiangling hung up a Falun Dafa banner, she was arrested by the police and sent to the detention centre and persecuted by officers from the Sanhe Police Station. They didn't let her sleep and forced her to wear shackles and handcuffs. Her legs became black from bruising and swelled to the width of her trousers from the beatings. Her hands were handcuffed to a stool. The handcuffs cut into her flesh. A month later the detention centre authorities signed a release card, but the Xindu District Mulan Town government and police station wouldn't let her leave and imprisoned her in the police station. -
An Older Mother's Sadness
2006-04-07"Our happy family met with disaster on the evening of March 14th, 2006. My daughter-in-law was not home at the time when more than ten state security agents and policemen stormed into my house and arrested my son. They also took away our computer and other things. My son never did anything against his conscience, nor did he violate the law. He is a good son and all my neighbours praised him. The police took him away as if he were a robber and the only reason is because he practises Falun Gong. I am an old lady, and I had to watch my good son being taken away." -
The Process of the Arrest of Beijing Practitioner Ms Yang Xiaojing
2006-04-05The arrest of practitioner Yang Xiaojing is likely to be a trap devised by the communist party spies. They use this method to arrest those practitioners whom they consider "dangerous" (For example, Yang Xiaojing knew how to operate a computer and get on the Internet. She also started to realise the danger about the collaborator, so-called practitioner, Zhang Lixin.) Zhang Lixin not only has been unintentionally manipulated by spies, but has been consciously cooperating with the communist party spies and persecuting Falun Gong practitioners from inside. -
Sichuan Practitioner Ms. Zhu Junxiu Sentenced to Eight Years in Prison
2006-04-0450-year-old Chengdu Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhu Junxiu was sentenced to eight years in prison on March 6th, 2006 by the Chengdu Jinniu District Court. Ms. Zhu had been persecuted so severely that she had to be carried to the court on someone's back. She suffered a great deal both physically and emotionally, and she also lost several million yuan. In November 2005, Ms. Zhu went to the relevant departments to demand the return of 200,000 yuan, which had been illegally confiscated. She was arrested again and persecuted by the authorities. -
Ms. Zhou Guilan Arrested by Police in Daqing City
2006-04-01Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhou Guilan is in her 60s and lives alone in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. At around 3:00 p.m. on February 26th, 2006, policemen arrested her at home. They cut the electricity first, then stormed into her apartment when she came out to check the plugs, ransacking her place. Ms. Zhou Guilan's daughter and son went to the police department every day for three days to request a visit with their mother, but they were refused. It was still very cold, and the police refused to allow them to send her warm clothes. -
CCP Harasses and Arrests Practitioners in Yanji City Prior to the Two Congresses
2006-04-01From February 28th, 2006, until the beginning of the Two Congresses (Congress for People's Representatives and Congress for Political Consultation), the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) conducted another round of persecution against practitioners in the Yanbian area, including eight counties and cities such as Yanji, Tumen, Antu and Longjing. The situation in other areas is unknown due to the information blockade. This was part of a nationwide persecution against practitioners during the Two Party Congresses. -
Appeal to Rescue Practitioner Ms. Wu Jingjuan from Guangdong Province
2006-03-27On January 20th, 2006, practitioner Ms. Wu Jingjuan, who has been "illegally detained" in the Guangdong Province Kedong County Detention Centre, filed an appeal letter to the Jieyang City Intermediate People's Court, refuting the decision made in January by the Kedong Court to sentence her to three years. Ms. Wu Jingjuan is now detained in Kedong County Detention Centre. We appeal to people around the world for support and rescue efforts.
