Mr. Tian Lifu Passed Away in 2001 from the Torture He Received In Detention in Wuhan City

Dafa practitioner Mr. Tian Lifu lived in Wuhan City. He was sent to the a Detention Centre in Wuhan City, which caused his health to drastically decline. He was illegally sentenced to four years in prison with four years of probation. The perpetrators constantly harassed him until he passed away in November 2001. Below are details:

Mr. Tian Lifu was around 50 years of age and began practising Falun Gong in 1997. Previously, he was in poor health and became very healthy after he practised Dafa. He was immensely grateful to Dafa for restoring his health; therefore he worked hard to promote Dafa.

In February 2000, Tian Lifu was abducted and sent to a Detention Centre in Wuhan City where he was physically and mentally tortured. Soon after, he was sent to a Brainwashing Centre where he was further abused and mistreated. His condition worsened by the day but the persecution didn't end. He was handcuffed even when he was rushed to a hospital for emergency treatment.

Tian Lifu was unlawfully sentenced to four years in prison with four years of probation. He was sent home and put under watch. During this period, he was constantly harassed, threatened and interrogated. Tian Lifu passed away in November 2001.
