On the 23rd and 24th of December 2004, the Ukrainian city of Dnipropetrovsk hosted a party to celebrate the development of sound technology. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to the party.

The practitioners introduced Falun Gong to the guests and media at the party and informed them about the ongoing illegal persecution against Falun Gong in China. Many people were shocked to learn that innocent people, who want to live by the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance, are being illegally detained and subjected to brutal torture by the Chinese communist regime.
Next was a demonstration of the five sets of Falun Gong exercises. Practitioners from Kiev also performed a gentle and beautiful ballet that they had created. Using poster displays to illustrate the spreading of Falun Gong around and the five years of persecution at the hands of the Chinese regime, practitioners talked about the persecution in detail.
