Minghui School teaches the beliefs of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, and helps children become healthier, both physically and mentally.
Last semester, young practitioners in a Minghui group at a school in Hualian school changed considerably. The cultivation experiences shared below described how the children in the group followed Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance in their daily lives.

Che Min: I was very pleased to join the Minghui group. In exercise practise, I could not do well initially. Now I can sit cross-legged in the lotus position. I also learned to help others.
Xiang Hao: When I first join in, I was a little afraid and did not know how to practise the exercises. But today I felt very good when I did them. Though my classmates made fun of me, I was not angry, just a little unhappy.
Yi You: At the beginning, I did not know anything. After a few tries, I could do all the exercises.
Wei Jun: When I practised crossed-leg meditation, my leg always slid down. But now I can do the sitting meditation.
Ting Jun: Because my teacher said the Minghui group was good, I joined it and felt that it was. After practising, my wisdom increased. I hope to come back next semester. Every morning I went to the trash station to help with recycling. I am happier now.
Cheng Hsian: After practising, I began doing good things. I also feel more comfortable. I wish there were more good people and fewer bad people.
Guan Jing: One time a teacher asked us to give a speech on stage about helping others, and we could get bookmarks even if we just answered. Everyone raised their hands. It was my first time to speak on stage, and I was nervous. Because the teacher's story was very interesting, I became less nervous.
Yu You: I think practising Falun Gong is good for your health. My mom said that I have improved. In the New Year, I wish that the persecution of Falun Gong in China will stop.
Jia Yi: My brother had already learned the practise, so I joined the Minghui group. After practising, I felt my health improve. I did not fight back when my brother beat up on me. I will follow Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.
Jun Ting: After practising, the changes I've noticed are that I do not catch illnesses, and I am pleased to do good deeds. I practise the exercises at home to have better health. I hope to join the Minghui group next semester, as there are many wonders in Falun Gong I would like to know more about.
Yi Ming: My mom said, "Since there are many associations you could join, you should find one beneficial to your health." So I selected the Minghui group. Initially, it was hard. But after a few tries, it went well. I feel healthy. Someone said that I had changed for the better as a person, too.
Yu Mu: Practising Falun Gong makes me healthy and able to do better in my studies Falun Gong has changed me. I have learned Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, and remember the principles by heart.
Nai Ren: My last tooth came out. At that time, it was the second day after I practised the fifth set of the exercises. My tooth grew out, so I was happy. I'll teach my mom the exercises to help her get healthy, find a good job, and follow Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.
Wan Qing: After I joined the Minghui group, I came to know Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, learned how to interact with others, and how to improve my xinxing. I wish China would stop the persecution against Falun Gong practitioners. And I hope more people will learn Dafa, including my teacher too, which was my greatest wish. I hope that those wishes will be realised. That would be wonderful.
