79 Year Old Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Qu Baifu from Liaoning Province Died from Persecution in 2001

Mr. Qu Baifu was 79 years old and a Falun Dafa practitioner who lived in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. After July 20, 1999, Jiang Zemin ordered the "610 Office" (1) to systematically follow his genocidal policy to "ruin their reputations, bankrupt them financially, and destroy them physically." Police repeatedly came to his home to harass and threaten him. They ransacked his house looking for Falun Dafa material. Mr. Qu's son, daughter-in-law, second and third daughter were all sentenced to forced labour, which severely hurt Mr. Qu. He died on August 27, 2001 as the result of the cruel persecution.
