Daxing County in Beijing persecutes Falun Dafa practitioners by inciting the common prisoners to torture them by forcing them to sit without their pants on while leaning back against wire fencing. While in this position, the practitioners are not allowed to raise their heads. The male guards go from cell to cell to monitor the practitioners. If they find the practitioners practicing the exercises, they will have the practitioners' hands and feet bound. Four guards were on duty back-to-back around the clock and did not allow the practitioners to sleep. Some of the practitioners did not give in even when their bodies were festering all over from the torture and the inhumane living conditions.
