Zhao Lan, Former Deputy Director at the Women's Prison of Hunan Province
Zhao Lan, former deputy director of the Women's Prison of Hunan Province, has eagerly imposed the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) genocidal policy from the inception of her employment in that capacity in 2001. She has actively persecuted Falun Gong practitioners, "illegally" arrested1 them, and detained them in prison.
Zhao Lan's chief responsibility as deputy director was brainwashing. She directed the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in the prison. Under her command, the Women’s Prison of Hunan Province has become a concentration camp full of CCP lies concocted to "transform2" practitioners' strongly held belief in the universal characteristic of Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance.
Zhao Lan, in collusion with officers in other areas, is secretly cordoning off for confinement and indefinite persecution elsewhere practitioners scheduled for release at the end of their sentences. Apparently, Zhao Lan is unwilling to free practitioners forcibly transformed under her watch because she is afraid her efforts will be for naught if practitioners resume the practice of their belief upon release.
Zhao Lan recently received a promotion for her villainous exploits at the prison. The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong has indicated that it will "investigate all the persecution and related institutions, organizations, or individuals"... "no matter how far or how long, all will be investigated and exposed."

Zhang Zhuo, Deputy Head of the Education Section of the Women's Prison of Hunan Province
Zhang Zhuo, 30 years old, graduated from the Law Centre of Xiangtan University, Hunan Province. Zhang Zhuo has served as a writer to slander Falun Gong. Zhang Zhuo has falsified numerous reports misrepresenting Falun Dafa in Yuxin News and Xinlu News, both prison-owned media. One of the goals of her writing is to cover up the truth of the "transformation" policy underway in the prison that is designed to undermine the Falun Gong practitioners’ beliefs.
Note
1. Illegally arrested: Contrary to what former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin, who initiated the persecution, and the Chinese Communist Party would like the world to believe, practising Falun Gong is NOT illegal in China. Although the Public Security Department issued an unconstitutional set of restraints on the practice at the onset of the persecution in 1999, no laws have been passed by the only legislative body in China, the People's Congress, banning Falun Gong or granting the police the authority to arrest Falun Gong practitioners for practising the exercises or distributing flyers. For a more complete discussion of the illegality of the persecution of Falun Gong, please refer to the article "The Ban on Falun Gong—A Dictator's Whim, Not the Rule of Law". (Variation: "illegally sentenced")
2. "Reform or Transform" Implementation of brainwashing and torture in order to force a practitioner to renounce Falun Gong. (Variations: "reform", "transform", "reformed", "reforming", "transformed", "transforming", and "transformation")
