Ms. Chen Guihua, Mr. Zhou Yiqun and Mr. Tu Qiyao Sentenced to Lengthy Prison Terms in Sichuan Province

Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Chen Guihua Sentenced to Four Years in Prison After Her Arm was Broken by Police

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Chen Guihua from Chengdu City was arrested by Qingbaijiang District 610 Office¹ agents and National Security agents because she told students, "Falun Dafa is good." During the arrest, her left arm was fractured. On the afternoon of June 21st, 2006, she was sentenced to four years in prison. Qingbai District Court charged Ms. Chen Guihua with "using [slanderous term omitted] to disrupt legal implementation."

Falun Dafa Practitioners Mr. Zhou Yiqun and Mr.Tu Qiyao Sentenced to Lengthy Prison Terms

On May 22nd, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Zhou Yiqun and Mr. Tu Qiyao from Chengdu City were sentenced to five and three years in prison, respectively. Wuhou District Court charged them with "purposefully divulging state secrets." Reportedly, these two people sent the documents, "Falun Gong Practitioners' Planning of the First Global Chinese New Year Gala" issued by the State Administration of Radio Film and Television and, "The Major Working Points of Dealing with Falun Gong Issues by the Wuhou District Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Committee in 2004" to the Minghui/Clearwisdom.net website. The coded telegram of the Chinese Central Government No. 12089 was published in full text in The Epoch Times on March 16th, 2006. There is no legal basis for the CCP to persecute Falun Gong. The CCP charges Falun Gong practitioners based on secret documents, and when these secret documents are disclosed, the CCP will sentence the related people and sentence them to lengthy prison terms.
