October 14th, 2006, was a sunny autumn day. Falun Gong practitioners had arranged an activity in Nuremberg, a prominent city for human rights located in southern Germany. Practitioners living around Nuremberg gathered there to distribute information and inform local people about the persecution of Falun Gong in China.
Two different banners were displayed, one reading “Falun Dafa Is Good” and the other a white banner which read “The CCP is Killing Falun Gong Practitioners and Illegally Harvesting Organs”.
Practitioners performed the Falun Gong exercises peacefully, but there was also a simulation of the illegal harvesting of practitioners' organs by the CCP. The huge contrast encouraged people to stop and watch to find out what was going on. What was all this for?
Practitioners distributed leaflets and talked with people throughout the day. A notable difference was the way overseas Chinese people approached us to learn Falun Gong's side of the story. Some even took leaflets and other material. Such situations were rarely seen one or two years before. The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, an editorial published by The Epoch Times newspaper which completely exposes the evil nature of the CCP, was distributed to a great many people.
As for local residents and people from the other countries, they had a high interest and concern for the truth. Most of them were shocked by the atrocities of illegal harvesting organs from living practitioners. However, some of them were not surprised at the atrocities at all and completely believed in the existence of the evil conduct. More and more people signed their names to support Falun Gong.
A local Chinese person saw Falun Gong practitioners’ diligent work and treated practitioners to meals from his home. Practitioners were moved by his kindness.
