Wang Shouliang is an agent of the Quanyang Forestry Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Political and Security Office in Fusong County, Baishan City, Jilin Province. In the past seven years, he has sent 23 innocent Falun Dafa practitioners to forced labour and detained countless other practitioners. Many families of Falun Dafa practitioners are suffering financial hardship because Wang Shouliang caused them to lose their jobs. Wang also is involved in pocketing money from practitioners' "security deposits," which many practitioners' family members had to go into debt to provide.
