In Wuyuan Forced Labour Camp, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, policemen use all kinds of cruel and inhumane means to torture Falun Dafa practitioners.

In 2003, policeman Zhao Naiwei and several inmates tortured practitioner Mr. Wang Anda with electric shocks and sleep deprivation for several days in order to force Mr. Wang to write the Guarantee Statement1 and other Three Statements2. Mr. Wang refused to give up his belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." To escape the torture, Mr. Wang jumped from the fourth floor and broke his legs.

In the summer of 2004, policeman Sha Huimin led several inmates to beat practitioner Mr. Cheng Guangxing. They punched Mr. Cheng and shocked him using electric batons. They kicked Mr. Cheng onto the ground and stomped on his chest. They hit Mr. Cheng's legs with a pickax handle so viciously that it disabled Mr. Cheng. More than six months later, Mr. Cheng still had trouble walking.

To protest the brutality, practitioner Wang Yongquan went on a hunger strike. Policeman Liu Ming and Du Xiangguang directed several inmates to use a torture method called "Tying the Ropes" on Mr. Wang. They tied Mr. Wang's hands behind his back using a thin but strong rope. Then they used all the force they could muster to tighten the rope. The rope became tighter and tighter and cut deeply into the flesh. More than one year later, the mark left by rope is still very clear.

In the summer of 2005, Liu Baohua, Zhao Naidong, Liu Ming, and Du Xiangdong and other policemen cuffed practitioner Liu Zichen in a spread eagle position with his four limbs stretched out. They put a helmet on Mr. Liu's head. They didn't allow him to sleep for several days in a row. They shocked him with multiple electric batons for several hours. Mr. Liu's body jumped and twitched uncontrollably from the electric shocks. After the torture, every inch of Mr. Liu's skin was injured. Some of the wounds kept discharging pus.

In the autumn of 2005, Zhao Naidong, Liu Baohua, Liu Jun, Wei Yuzhi and other policemen took practitioner Zhao Tingjun out of the labour camp and brought him to places like the sheep pen, the boiler room, or outside to torture him. They used several electric batons to shock him for four or five hours in an attempt to force him to write the "Three Statements."

Detainees in the labour camp were forced to work on farms during the busy farming seasons. During the slack season, they usually had to work from 7 am to 2 am to make fake diamonds for the labour camp to sell to foreign countries. Every practitioner detained in Wuyuan Forced Labour Camp has suffered all kinds of tortures.

We are asking that World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong investigate Wuyuan Forced Labour Camp. We appeal to every justice loving person to support us and to help stop the brutal persecution in forced labour camps in China.

The phone number of Wuyuan Forced Labour Camp is 86-478-5558241.

The following people participate in torturing Falun Dafa practitioners: Sha Huimin, Liu Baohua, Zhao Naiwei, Zhao Naidong, Du Xiangyang, Du Xiangguang, Wei Yuzhi, Liu Ming, Liu Jun, and Yang Furong.

Note

1. "Guarantee Statement": A statement to declare that one is remorseful for practising Falun Gong and guarantees not to practise Falun Gong again, not to go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, and never again associate with any Falun Dafa practitioners.

2. "Three Statements": Practitioners are coerced under brainwashing and torture to write "Repentance Statement," "Guarantee Statement" or 'Dissociation Statement" as proof that they have given up their belief. In the statement, the practitioner is forced to admit remorse for practising Falun Gong, promise to give up Falun Gong, and never again associate with other practitioners or go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong.
