Out of fear of Falun Gong practitioners exposing the Chinese Communist Party's crimes against Falun Gong in China since the illegal and brutal persecution began in 1999, the Chinese Communist regime has incessantly dispatched special agents to make trouble for Falun Gong practitioners over the past few years, they have also instigated other people to cause trouble.
Zhong Zheng, a male Chinese special agent, whose identity has been revealed by Clearwisdom.net at http://clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2006/1/24/69284.html, appeared in London's Chinatown on November 27th, 2007. Pretending to be a Falun Gong practitioner, he was in fact carrying out sabotage activities against Falun Gong. However, his efforts to cause trouble were stopped by local administrative personnel responsible for the security of Chinatown.
Zhong Zheng turned up in London Chinatown several times last September, where he removed some newspapers from the Epoch Times newspaper boxes without permission. He also yelled loudly while giving away the news papers to passersby in a rude manner. Afterward, Epoch Times staff invited him to have a talk. In addition to an oral warning, they also showed him a written warning from the Epoch Times’ office. Afterwards, Zhong’s behaviour improved for a period of time.
On November 27th, Zhong appeared in Chinatown again. He took more papers without permission and behaved in a peculiar manner - yelling wildly, aiming to create a scene and tarnish the image of the Epoch Times, a paper which reports truthfully on China and also the persecution against Falun Gong. His behaviour was stopped by Mr. Su, a staff member from the Epoch Times. Mr. Su spoke sternly to Zhong warning him that, “You can’t do this, you don’t have permission from the Epoch Times office.” Upon hearing her words, Zhong once again started to act irrationally whilst shouting slogans. Moreover, when Mr. Su was walking around, Zhong closely followed him in an uncomfortable manner. His bizarre behaviour shocked passers-by. Mr. Su took advantage of the opportunity to clarify the truth to spectators and exclaimed that Zhong was a special agent from the Chinese regime and that his purpose was to cause trouble for the Epoch Times. His intention was thus exposed to the public.
Zhong’s hideous yelling drew the attention of the administrative personnel patrolling in Chinatown to maintain the security of the area. After listening to explanations made by Mr. Su and Ms. Liu, another staff member of the Epoch Times, who had just rushed to the scene, the security guards asked Zhong to replace the papers. Zhong thus returned the newspapers to the newspaper boxes according to the instruction. However, after coming back to the spot, he started to yell at Ms. Liu. After Ms. Liu asked the security guards to stop his irrational acts, Zhong finally walked away in the other direction. Afterward, the two security guards told Mrs. Liu that they would reported the incident to the police. The security guards also left their contact numbers to the Epoch Times’ staff, saying that they might contact them or report it to the police should such a situation take place again.
