Exposing the Brainwashing Centre in Plant 854, Pengzhou City

A brainwashing centre is located inside of Plant 854 in Guihua Towship, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province. Plant 854 is an abandoned military logistics plant. The local 610 Office¹ rented over 20 rooms from the plant and uses them as a brainwashing centre to secretly persecute Falun Gong practitioners.

Pengzhou's brainwashing centre was previously located inside of a Pengzhou detention centre. Because of its notorious reputation, and in order to escape scrutiny from international human rights organizations, it was relocated to Plant 854 during the Beijing Olympics. Since Plant 854 was normally a military-related facility, civilians have difficulty getting access to the site or finding phone numbers for it.

The first Pengzhou brainwashing centre staff persecuted Falun Gong practitioners with sinister and ruthless methods. Many practitioners were tortured to death or physically disabled. Furthermore, the Pengzhou 610 Office colluded with the mental hospital in Pengzhou to inject drugs to damage practitioners' central nervous systems. Falun Gong practitioners Zhu Xia from Chengdu City, Xiang Fangzhen from Mengyang Township in Pengzhou City, and Li Yongxiu from Northwest Village of Longfeng Township, and others were mentally healthy, but they were so severely tortured with the injections, that they were incoherent and appeared mentally ill after one night.

Presently, the Pengzhou 610 Office conducts the brainwashing centre within Plant 854. During the Beijing Olympics, practitioner Wen Changping and a few dozen other practitioners from Mengyang Township were arrested and inhumanely tortured inside the plant.

We appeal to the world's people to extend their helping hands to stop the persecution and defend justice.
