The World Organisation to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) released a report on December 12th, 2009, in which an investigator conducted a phone conversation with an anonymous Chinese policeman for around 30 minutes. The policeman narrated how he witnessed the organ removal from a female Falun Gong practitioner a few years ago. The witness agreed to the conversation being recorded. On January 1st, Falun Gong practitioners in Tainan visited two members of the Legislative Committee, Lai Ching-de and Chen Ting-fei. Mr. Lai is also the director of the Asian Delegation of the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG).

After listening to the recording, Mr. Lai said that he has no doubt that the CCP has been conducting organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. He said, "So many people are brutally persecuted. If we ignore the CCP's crimes, we will suffer a heavy loss in the future. I admire Falun Gong practitioners. Even while she suffered such painful torture, she did not yield. In the face of death she even shouted, 'Falun Dafa is great!' Everyone can tell that Falun Gong practitioners' courage in following Truth-Compassion-Forbearance cannot be compromised. The international community should support Falun Gong practitioners."

Ms. Chen is a member of CIPFG. She said after listening to the recording, "The CCP conducts live organ harvesting. The fact is clear to everyone. But now the policeman narrated of the whole process. Anyone who has a little conscience will feel sorrowful upon listening to the news. The CCP is so inhumane."

Ms. Chen continued, "She was a kindhearted teacher. They removed her organs and killed her just because of her belief. Before the organ harvesting, she was beaten and raped. The CCP is truly evil." Ms. Chen said she hopes more people can learn of the CCP's vicious nature from the recording.
