Around 2 p.m. on July 3rd, 2010, Ms. Guo Ruixiao, a practitioner from Zezhou County, Shanxi province, distributed some Falun Gong leaflets exposing the persecution in Dongxia Village, Liushukou town. She was incriminated and then arrested by the police. At 10 p.m. on the same day, seven policemen of the Zezhou National Security Bureau and Nancui police searched her home and took away her computers and other personal property.
Now Ms. Guo is detained in the Zezhou County Detention Centre.
They searched her home for over two hours from 10 p.m. to midnight. Li Ruanjun from the National Security Bureau and four accomplices turned her home upside down to get "proof." Li Ruanjun wanted to incriminate Guo Ruixiang. He took away her essays on practising Falun Gong to use as evidence. The team lead of the National Security Bureau took away her computer.
This is the second time Guo Ruixiang has been arrested. On the afternoon of February 17th, 2004, Ms. Guo and two other Falun Gong practitioners were reported by people when they distributed informational material in Lichuanzheng Hongdaotou Village of Zezhou County. The three practitioners were arrested by the police in Zezhou County and Lichuan City. Guo Ruixiang was sentenced to a forced labour camp for 2 years.
