At Qinglong Mountain in Heilongjiang Province there is a facility called the "Legal System Training Centre," which is in reality a brainwashing centre. It was set up at the beginning of 2010, inside the grounds of the Qinglong Mountain Police Station. Guards at the brainwashing centre use torture methods they learned and developed from the notorious "Legal System Training Centre" in Wuchang City. The techniques they use are very cruel.
Li Jingfen, Pan Shurong and Yu Songjiang were arrested by officers from Qianjin Farm Police Station and taken to the brainwashing centre during April 23rd and 24th. Zhao Fengrong, Zhang Xizeng and Zheng Jie were arrested and detained there on August 22nd.
If practitioners refuse to follow the guards' instructions, they are violently beaten and tortured. Yu Songjiang was handcuffed, beaten and shocked with electric batons. Li Jingfen, Pan Shurong and Yu Songjiang have recently been released after more than 100 days of detention. Ms. Song from Mudanjiang City was also detained at the brainwashing centre with these three practitioners.
Zhang Xizeng was arrested at work and taken to the brainwashing centre, where he was violently beaten.
Sheng Shusen, 57, head of the brainwashing centre, is also the deputy head of the Qinglong Mountain Farm. When he retired, he became the head of the Qinglong Mountain Brainwashing Centre. Sheng Shusen went to the "Legal System Training Centre" in Wuchang in April, 2010, to study the methods used they used to torture practitioners. He often forcefully pinched the female practitioners' faces and thighs, and assaulted them. He also told practitioners that if they started a hunger strike, they would be force-fed and be injected.
