As the 610 Office (an organisation of special agents just for persecuting Falun Gong) conspired to carry out the so-called "re-visit" of Falun Gong practitioners who have been released from imprisonment, all city or county 610 Office personnel began harassing and arresting these practitioners again.
Under the pretence of conducting an investigation, Ji'an Domestic Security Division is colluding with Tonghua City sub-division and are planning to again persecute practitioners Liu Wei, Pang Zengde and Zhao Hongli, who have been released from detention. On September 13th before noon, a policeman from Tonghua City Minzhu Police Station brought along two policemen who belonged to the Tonghua Domestic Security Division to monitor practitioners' homes and offices.
On September 11th at noon, practitioners Li Xiuying and Pang Bo were arrested nearby the small hotel called Hejia (actually a brainwashing centre), by Xue Yuliang and others; Xue Yuliang was assistant manager of the local 610 Office. Both practitioners were taken to Xinzhan Police Station, and on the following day they were taken to Changliu Detention Centre.
Hejia Brainwashing Centre is still detaining four practitioners, one of them 70-year-old Liu Guifang from Tonghua county.
On September 10th at 10:00 a.m., five men (one in police uniform, the others plain-clothed) stormed into Yin Guifen's home and ransacked it. They then forcefully dragged her into a vehicle, taking her directly to the brainwashing centre.
On August 16th practitioner Zhou Xianqing was arrested by Jianshe police and detained at Liuhe Detention Centre. On September 10th, Liuhe city's 610 Office personnel came to harass practitioner Luu Jianjie's family as well as Shen Guiyun's .
Practitioner Liu Fengyan, 59 years old, from Chaoyang Town in Huinan County, had just came home from a forced labour camp and was again taken to Tonghua Brainwashing Centre in early September 2010. On September 13th, 610 Office personnel again started harassing practitioners.
