Falun Gong practitioners in Handan Forced Labour Camp in Hebei Province are still being very severely persecuted. Ge Qingxi is the chief of the special administration team. When many guards were not willing to brutally beat Falun Gong practitioners, he did it himself. On September 2nd, 2010, Ge Qingxi beat Mr. Li Zhu and Mr. Cheng Wendong with a rubber police baton, causing multiple injures. In a conference, he made the remark: “Someone said the higher authorities do not allow us to beat the detainees. Then why did they give me a rubber baton?”
Ge Qingxi dragged practitioner Mr. Ma Baoguo to the fifth floor and beat him on December 23rd, 2010, because he refused to renounce his belief. Ge Qingxi and detainee Gao Fei beat Mr. Ma again on December 25th and 27th, 2010.
