Switzerland: Commemorating April 25 in Berne

On April 28, Falun Gong practitioners in Switzerland held an activity at the Rose Garden, a famous tourist spot in Berne, to let people know about Falun Gong and expose the 13-year-long persecution to the public.

Practitioners displayed banners that read “Falun Dafa Is Good” and “Bring the Perpetrators of the Persecution to Justice.”

Many Western tourists talked to practitioners. They were shocked by the brutality of the persecution. Some of them were interested in learning the exercises.

A group of Chinese tourists came by, surprised to see practitioners there. A practitioner told them that they were commemorating the April 25 Peaceful Appeal that happened 13 years ago. Many of the Chinese asked for details about the appeal. Practitioners briefly described this peaceful event and practitioners' requests to the government. Some of the Chinese tourists agreed that the appeal was rational and necessary. Practitioners also told them about the brutal persecution, the organ harvesting, and the lawsuits being filed all over the world against those responsible for the persecution, including Zhou Yongkang, who many believe will soon lose power. Most of the Chinese tourists agreed to quit the Chinese Communist Party.
