Russian Practitioners Overcome Interference From Chinese Embassy

For the past three years, some officers and spies in the Jiang’s regime’s Chinese Embassy stationed in Russia have been spreading rumours and slandering Falun Gong. They threatened and presecuted Falun Dafa practitioners. To the Russian government officers and police, up from the Duma representatives and officers of the government bodies, down to the employees of the bookshop, they deceived and tempt them with the promise of gain/ blackmailed them. For example, the diplomat of the Chinese Embassy actually tried to stop the Duma Human rights committee member from attending the press conference held by Falun Gong. The spies in the Embassy have no regard for the Russian laws, and directly give speeches or go to the scene to put various unreasonable demands on the personnel who have allowed Falun Gong to practise the exercises or hold a press conference at their premises. There was even a spy who deceived some Russian police who are unaware of the truth about Falun Gong to barge with guns into the homes of the Russian citizens to capture so called “bad elements” etc.

However, Russia is an independent and democratic country, we Russian Falun Dafa practitioners, through clarifying the truth and using the facts, have exposed their plots one by one. Thus more and more people know about the truth about Falun Gong. The illegal and inhumane persecution of Jiang’s regime towards Falun Gong is condemned by more and more representatives in the Russian government, Duma various levels and the media.

But, the chief diplomat of the Chinese Embassy stationed in St Petersburg, Chen Yichu, held a so called Education Exhibition on China in early June 2002 in St Petersburg. During the exhibition, they publicly repeated the hackneyed and stereotyped expression of so called “suicide” and “murder” to slander Falun Gong. They claimed that the Chinese (Jiang Zemin)’s government is “educating”, “transforming’ the Falun Gong practitioners and other such lies to deceive the Russian citizens.

During the exhibition, one reporter asked Chen Yichu, “The Chinese government is persecuting Falun Gong, this persecution is based on which charter and law in China?” At that time, he ummed and ahhed and hesitated repeatedly and said, “I have…… decision” “I have…..court…..” When the reporter continued to ask him, “Since you cannot present concrete proof based on the law, are you already admitting that China’s suppression against Falun Gong is illegal?” Chen Yichu was completely unable to answer the reporter’s questions. Therefore he stalled and took out his draft that he had pre-written to lecture the Russians, saying that “You all should……” As one of the reporters said, “Chen Yichu forgot that this is Russia and not China where Jiang Zemin has dictatorship over.”

During the time Chen Yichu is the chief diplomat, small nub0mers of people from the Chinese Embassy in St Petersburg spread rumours, hoodwinked, and tempted others with the promise of a gain and blackmailed people in St Petersburg. They also threatened and intimidated Russian Falun Gong practitioners, created name lists blacklisting practitioners and did many other bad deeds.

If diplomat Chen has a conscience, we Russian practitioners would like to advise diplomat Chen with good will with these few words; the ancient Chinese had a saying, “Good is rewarded with good, evil is met with evil.” The persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang’s regime is not supported by the people and it will not go on much longer. We hope that you will position yourself properly in your life and do not follow Jiang Zemin on his path to hell.
