Prison Doctors Abuse Dafa Practitioners on Hunger Strike in Jinzhou District Detention Centre

Jinzhou District Detention Centre has been torturing illegally detained Falun Dafa practitioners for a long time. In order to protest the illegal persecution, Falun Dafa practitioners went on hunger strikes one after another. As a result, they were all brutally force-fed.

Prison doctors instigated prisoners to force-feed Falun Dafa practitioners on hunger strike. They beat and curse practitioners at will. One even used a stick to pry open Falun Dafa practitioners' mouths. If he still could not get a practitioner to open his mouth, he would use an awl to drill into the mouth. Many practitioners had their teeth broken; some even lost their teeth permanently.

Falun Dafa practitioner 'A' has been on a hunger strike for over 40 days. Due to long-term force-feeding, he suffered from a severe stomach haemorrhage. Each time when the force-feeding tube was pulled out, it was covered with blood. One time 'A' firmly refused to cooperate with the force-feeding request, and his teeth were pried open, which caused his mouth to bleed profusely.

Falun Dafa practitioner 'B' has been on a hunger strike for over 70 days and has severe haematuria. Under such circumstance, he was injected with some unknown medicine against his will, which caused him to lose consciousness for several days. Even after he woke up, his mind was still not clear. He is in grave danger now.

At present many Falun Dafa practitioners are still being held in Jinzhou District Detention Centre. Practitioner Liu Guichun has been hunger striking for over 50 days.
