For the past two years, the "610 Offices" of police stations have been actively cooperating with Jiang's regime, rampantly arresting large numbers of Dafa practitioners and damaging many Dafa truth-clarifying material production sites. They have brutally arrested and tortured Dafa practitioners, monetarily blackmailed practitioners' family members, forcibly seized and extorted huge amounts of valuable belongings, and caused countless families to experience sustained tribulations and hardships. A partial list of the criminal acts committed by the "610 Office" in Xinji City police station follows.

1. Arrested Dafa practitioners have been brutally tortured with countless methods, such as: violently beaten; shocked with electric batons; "Xia Gang Zi" [a torture method similar to "Tiger Bench". See below.]; hands being cuffed behind the back and hung up while boiling water is poured into the mouth; bamboo sticks stabbed under the fingernails; nude photographs have been taken, etc.

Specific cases include: female Dafa practitioner Fan Qinlian's legs were tortured to the point of becoming disabled. Cao Cha's arms were beaten so badly they were broken. Zhang Tongjian's ribs were broken due to severe torture. Female practitioner Tang Xiutong endured all manner of inhuman atrocities, such as brutal torture, including being shocked with electric batons, being hung up with hands cuffed behind the back, being forced to sit on a "tiger bench" [an instrument of torture, one is forced to sit on a small iron bench with knees are tightly tied on the bench and hands tied on the back.
