Attending Philadelphia's "Mother Earth Expo"

November 9th and 10th the second "Mother Earth Expo" was held at the Adams Mark Hotel in the outskirts of Philadelphia. The purpose of the Expo was to "improve physical and mental health". Over 100 booths were filled. The Falun Gong booth with the Chinese characters of "Falun Dafa" and "Truth, Compassion, Forbearance" was widely noticed. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to demonstrate the exercises.

Though it has been over a month since the Expo, there are two things that stay in my memory:

When the Expo organisers heard that we introduced and taught Falun Gong free of charge, they were very moved, and exempted our fee for attending the Expo. They also invited us to demonstrate the exercises. When reading the introduction of Falun Gong, they were very interested in Falun Gong's healing effects, so they read Zhuan Falun on the Internet.

Also, during the Expo, when the host of a mental health program passed by our booth, she was attracted by the principles of "Truth, Compassion, Forbearance". Right away, she invited us to perform the exercises on her program, and introduce the situation of Falun Gong's brutal persecution in China. Now her husband and she have both started practising Falun Gong.

Abroad, when people come to understand Falun Gong, they become very supportive of it because we practise "Truth, Compassion, Forbearance." Anyone who has righteous thoughts and a conscience would agree with these principles.
