Czech Republic: Practitioners Celebrate World Falun Dafa Day

A group of Falun Gong practitioners gathered in the heart of Prague on May 13, 2012, to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day and the introduction of Falun Dafa in China 20 years ago. Czech practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and explained to passers by the reality of the persecution that is taking place in China. -
Finland: A Peaceful Booth Amidst Joyful and Lively Celebration

Practitioners in Finland participated in a celebration in Käpylä, a small village in Helsinki, on May 20, 2012. Three people performed exercises beside the table, and a 2-metre-high display board introducing Falun Gong stood on the other side of the table. Many people watched the exercise demonstration and were drawn by its peacefulness. -
Italy: Falun Gong Photo Exhibition Held in Lucca

On April 27-May 1, 2012, Europe's largest vegetarian festival (Veganfest) was held in Seravezza, Lucca Province, Italy. At this festival, Falun Gong practitioners held a photo exhibition entitled “Falun Gong's Peaceful Resistance," to raise awareness about the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). -
Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Celebrate Falun Dafa Day in Nordrhein-Westfalen

May 13 this year marked the 13th World Falun Dafa Day and also the 20th anniversary of Falun Dafa’s public introduction. It was also Master Li Hongzhi's 61st birthday. In order to mark this special day and to express their gratitude towards Master, practitioners in Nordrhein-Westfalen held an activity called ‘Falun Dafa Information Day’ in Duisburg. -
Russia: Moscow Practitioners Raise Awareness about Falun Gong and Call for an End to the Persecution on World Falun Dafa Day

Practitioners did the exercises and danced and sang to express their gratitude for Master's compassionate salvation. A huge banner reading “Falun Dafa” was hung up high in a conspicuous place where all the tourists on ships, passersby in the streets, drivers on the flyover, and passengers in the subway could see it. -

May 13, 2012 is the 20th anniversary of Falun Dafa being first taught to the public and also the founder of Falun Gong, Mr. Li Hongzhi’s 61st birthday. Finnish Falun Dafa practitioners held a celebration of World Falun Dafa Day in Helsinki's Ocean View Park. During the event, practitioners spoke of their own cultivation experiences. -
Italy: High School Teachers and Students Learn Falun Gong in Florence

For the second consecutive year, Falun Gong practitioners in Italy have conducted events to promote Falun Gong to school teachers and students in Florence, Italy. During more than 30 hours of classes, practitioners taught the students the five sets of Falun Gong exercises and introduced the goodness and beauty of Falun Dafa. -
Czech Republic: A Falun Gong Practitioner Raises Awareness about the Persecution in Local Schools
2012-05-29A Falun Dafa practitioner recently conducted a series of talks at local schools in the Czech Republic. He spoke to teenagers and their teachers about Falun Dafa cultivation practice and the brutal persecution happening in mainland China. The talks were held for pupils in grades 6 to 9 in the public schools, i.e. students aged 13 to 15 years old. -

France: Visitors to the Falun Dafa Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance Art Exhibition in Bordeaux Condemn the Violence Perpetrated by the Chinese Communist Party

The Zhen Shan Ren Art Exhibition has toured over 200 cities around the world. In March 2012, with sponsorship from City Hall, the Exhibition was held in Bordeaux. Over 60 paintings by 15 artists gave many people an opportunity to learn about Falun Gong. -
Finland: Raising Awareness about Falun Gong in Downtown Helsinki

On March 17, 2012, Falun Gong practitioners held activities in Helsinki. A lot of passersby learned about the cruel persecution happening in China by reading the leaflets and the contents of the display panels. Many of them expressed concern and sympathy for Falun Gong and praised practitioners’ efforts to end the persecution. -
Germany: Exposing the Persecution at the World Team Table Tennis Championships

Ms. Yang, the event organizer, said, “China is number one in the world in table tennis, but many people don't know that China is also 'number one in the world' for committing a huge crime: taking organs from living Falun Gong practitioners to sell at great profit to transplant patients. The Chinese Communist Party is behind this horrendous outrage." -
Ireland: Spreading the Fa at a Health Expo

This health expo is held each spring and fall, and local Falun Gong practitioners have been invited by the organizers many times. This year, practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and performed traditional Chinese dances. Their performances were warmly welcomed by the spectators. -
Ukraine: Practitioners Inform People of the Facts about Falun Gong in Two Western Cities

Ukrainian Falun Gong Practitioners attended “City Day” celebrations in two western cities, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv. Practitioners told the local people the facts about Falun Gong and raised their awareness of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution. They also handed out Falun Gong newspapers and paper lotus flowers with well wishes. -
Spain: People of Madrid Respond to Signature Drive to End the Persecution

Several tourists from other cities of Spain, such as ZaragAlicante and Ciudad Real, came to the exhibit and signed the petition. Many of them showed interest in learning the Falun Gong exercises so the practitioners told them how to find the local practice sites.
